Our holiday house is situated at an altitude of 1130 metres.

• It is at the edge of a forest surrounded by meadows where cows graze.
• The location is wonderfully quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and of the town.
• There is another little house next to it, but which is rarely used.
• There is a lovely balcony with a wonderful view of Koralm, Saualm and the town Wolfsberg.
• There is seating for the balcony and the garden, where you can also set up a charcoal grill and watch the sunset on balmy summer evenings with a glass of fine wine.
• Children or dogs can play out here to their heart’s content.
• There is a little herb garden.
• The site is enclosed by a wooden fence.
• Parking space for two cars is available.
• The Zum Koralmblick house is built of wood.
• The ground floor has a tiled fireplace stove, a kitchen unit with a dishwasher, coffee machine, capsules coffee machine and radio, an entrance area with an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC, along with two bedrooms with a single bed and a double bed.
• The upper floor has a cosy TV corner and space for children to play, with another adjoining room with a double bed.
• You can heat with the tiled fireplace stove or with wood in the cellar.
• Electricity is included in the price.
• There are also solar panels for hot water.
• Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
• It is a short drive to Klippitztörl with a summer luge and ant trail, as well as beautiful hiking trails in the nearby nature.
• In winter you can go skiing and then end the day with a good meal in the nearby restaurants.
• The nearest shopping facility is 10km from the house.
• In the nearby town Wolfsberg there is a beautiful castle.
• There are many other places of interest, or you can simply enjoy nature.
