• The house was newly built in 2010 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together.
• It is newly and modernly furnished and the comprehensive equipment offers the comfort you need for your holiday.
• The ground floor has a large kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people (wheelchair accessible, with electric care bed if required, which we provide free of charge).
• On the first floor there are 6 further double rooms and an additional single room.
• Each bedroom has a bathroom (shower/WC), one with a corner bath, offering pure luxury.
• On the beautifully landscaped and enclosed plot, a 36 square metre swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to cool off.

• There is also a stone barbecue in the garden where you can prepare tasty dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings.
• The house is a good starting point for excursions to the well-known tourist destinations of Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec, and the whole of Istria can be explored within a 25-minute drive.

• The entrance to the house is barrier-free.

• The pool is usually used from the beginning of May to the middle or end of October, depending on the weather.
• There is no heating for the pool.
• There is also a large 5 square metre cold room on the terrace, so that you have enough space to cool your drinks and food.
