• The house is located in a small clearing with various fireplaces and seating all around.
• View to the south-east with a view of the Säntis, Thurgau Mittelland and eastern Alpine panorama.
• Simple, newly renovated kitchen with water from cistern, hand and electric pump, gas instantaneous water heater, gas cooker, basic supplies available.
• Cosy lounge with open fireplace.
• 1 double bed.
• Lounge with work and dining tables.
• 1-2 beds on the ground floor.
• Additional 5-8 single beds in the loft.
• Toilet (outhouse) in separate shed 5 metres from the house.
• Rainwater collected from the roof and filtered in cistern, 3000 litres.

• The house is operated with solar power, 230V converter available.
• Emergency operation with generator possible.
