The detached holiday house is on a slope and is quietly situated, only about 10 metres above the level of the road.

• There are also two bathrooms each with a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
• The larger bathroom has a washing machine with an integrated dryer.
• The open kitchen with a counter in the living room is fully-equipped with a gas stove, extractor fan, dishwasher and a big fridge-freezer, as well as a microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
• The living room has a comfortable corner sofa with a height-adjustable table, as well as a 48” LED TV with a satellite receiver.
• Bardolino is about a five-minute walk away and it is a further five minutes to the lakeside promenade, so a car is not required.
