• Ascending to the upper floor, the second bedroom includes a Coco-Mat king-size bed that can also be configured into two singles upon prior request, a private balcony, a Smart 32” TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a split en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• An additional room on the same level features a pull-out sofa bed for a fifth guest, complete with Smart TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning, making it ideal for a teenager, child, or extra adult.

• reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.
• From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8€ per night/villa from April to October and 2€ per night/villa from November to March.
• This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
