• Outside is the private swimming pool (5 x 11m) with indoor and outdoor lighting, hot shower and sun loungers (open in mid and high season).
• The brightness of every corner of the residence, immersed in the quietness of the centuries-old oak forest, where you can spot deer, fallow deer, roe deer and pick mushrooms, blackberries, olives - depending on the season, make the villa an ideal place to stay in absolute tranquillity, immersed in nature.
• In addition, there is a fantastic indoor stone barbecue with lighting, grill, wood-burning pizza oven, sink with drinking water, countertops, table and chairs for outdoor dining - from which to enjoy the panoramic view of the beautiful Casentino Valley.
• The owners await guests with their welcome specialities, and every mid-week they prepare homemade pasta with meat sauce.
