Elegant semi detached holiday house in a small village in an excellent position in Istria, with a private swimming pool, BBQ, A/C, free WIFI, terrace and balcony The villa is located on the edge of the small and pretty village of Vabriga, only 10 min by car to Poreč and Novigrad.

• The adjoining kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking: fridge, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine.
• Both rooms are facing the swimming pool and have exit on outside covered terrace with BBQ.

• If you would like to do horse riding or go carting , they are located only 5 minutes by car from the house.The village has a very well equipped supermarket shop with a butcher shop and their own bakery.
• Also not far away there is a fishmonger with daily fresh supply of fish.
• The main shopping centers are located in Porec and Novigrad.
• There are few restaurants and bars in the village within walking distance from the house.
