• In the outside (200m2) you can access to a garden where you can take a walk, also a BBQ with garden furniture, you can also enjoy a private pool of 30m2, umbrellas, sunbeds, etc.
• It also have a porch and a ping pong table.
• In the nearby there's a supermarket at 3km, and a bar/restaurant and a pharmacy.
• The nearest hospital/medical center is 4km away and the closest beach and golf is 5km away.

• Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
