Situated in an olive grove more than 1000 years old, this rustic house with fantastic views over the different valleys of Pollensa offers a quiet and private atmosphere in one of the most beautiful areas of the village of Pollensa.

• The house is reached via a narrow private driveway.
• Entering the house you will find a large entrance hall and a marés arch separating the spacious living/dining room, which has stone walls, a large fireplace and TV/DVD.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a pantry.
• In the kitchen we can also find a door that opens to the outside, specifically to the covered terrace from which we can access directly to the pool area.
• From the living room there is another interior archway which gives access to a double bedroom en suite and, next to the living room, there is another bathroom with a half bath.
• A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the rest of the bedrooms are located.
• These consist of two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) and two nice twin bedrooms.
• Here at the top of the stairs there is another bathroom with shower.
• On this same floor there is also a terrace from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
• The pool area and terraces are fully equipped with garden furniture.
