• The chalet provides 150m² of space for ten people and a classy interior.
• It has a generous living and dining room with a gas fire, a cosy conservatory, four bedrooms and two exclusive wellness areas.
• The wellness area on the upper floor has a whirlpool bath for three to four people, a steam shower, and a fabulous view of Hohenwart.
• The wellness area on the ground floor has a quality “shasa-mi” sauna (Finnish, organic or Roman) and a shower.
• After a sauna you have direct to the south-facing terrace.
• The decorative gas fire in the living room provides pleasant warmth and a romantic atmosphere.

• The Klippitztörl ski resort with its highest mountain called Hohenwart (1818m) is one of the top Carinthian skiing areas.
• It has around 30 kilometres of pistes, modern ski lifts and 90% snow canon coverage, as well as rustic restaurant chalets, as a family ski resort.
• You can find ski rental services and a ski school right by the valley station.
• There is no cross-country skiing trail at Klippitztörl.
• In summer Klippitztörl is a starting point for extensive hikes or you can take part in guided hikes.
• You will be rewarded with a wonderful view of the mountain panorama and with a hearty snack in one of the rustic chalets.
