A cozy log cabin located about 25 km from center of Tampere on the shore of Lake Kukonjärvi.

• The spacious lot is in a peaceful setting and gets plenty of sunlight.
• On one side, there’s a field, and
• on the other, neighbors are nearby, so this is not suitable for noisy party or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
• The shore features a large sandy area and a private dock, providing easy access to swimming.
• The water deepens rapidly from the dock, with a sandy bottom at the start and a muddy bottom further out.
• No rowboat available.
• The log cabin (built in 2013) features a spacious living room with a dining set, sofa, armchairs, TV, a heat-storing fireplace, and an air-source heat pump.
• The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (basic tableware for at least 10 people is provided).
• Downstairs there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one bedroom has 2 beds 80 cm wide, that can be pout together.
• A baby crib (maternity package box with a mattress) and/or a travel crib (60x120 cm, weight limit 15 kg) are also available; please specify in the additional information if needed.
• The loft has two beds, each 80 cm wide and two mattresses on the floor.
• The loft is approximately 150 cm high.
• In addition, there is a toilet on the ground floor that also includes a shower stall.
• On the shore, there is a lakeside sauna with a wood-fired stove with a hot water tank.
• The building has a small changing room with electric heating (radiator).
• During the summer, water is carried to the sauna from the lake; in the winter, water is carried from the cottage.
• Supplies for making an ice hole are available during the winter season.
