• The name ( Villa "the View" ) it's inspired by the breathtaking view of which this location is gifted and that gives to all its guests the possibility to enjoy the beautiness of Cefalù from a unique position.Villa la Vista is split among two offset floors with large outdoor spaces all around, a nice solarium next to the wonderful overhang swimming pool, a barbecue area, a play area and a shaded parking space for two cars.
• The swimming pool is approximately 60 square meters wide.
• Next to the pool a solarium is located with a shaded area featuring a barbecue and a dining table, where all the guests can have a meal together even during the warmest hours of the day.Inside, on the first floor, the villa is composed by a kitchen, a living area with a big Smart TV and a cozy sofa overlooking a large window with a stunning view of the sea and of Cefalù.
