The house is in Obrs over Moscenicka Draga in the Učka nature reserve, 350 metres above sea level.

• You can enjoy a wonderful view from the 10m² terrace of the Kvarner gulf, the islands of Krk and Cres and the town of Rijeka.
• The garden measures 500m².
• The balcony on the upper floor affords a wonderful view over the sea.
• The courtyard also has a fruit and vegetable garden and there are shady spots too.
• A parking space is available in the shade.
• The Highlight is the pool with 60 m².
• The detached holiday house can accommodate up to six people and is on two floors.
• The ground floor provides around 50m² of living space and consists of a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player and a sofa bed for two people.
• There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and fridge, and a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster can be provided on request.
• There is a dining space with a table and chairs.
• The bathroom has a bath.
• The first floor with around 45m² of living space consists of three bedrooms.
• The first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, the second a double bed, and the third a single bed or a double bed for children.
• Air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available.
• A cot can be provided on request.
• There is a washing machine in the utility room.
• Owing to the secluded location, everyday amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, Internet café, hospital and the centre are more than a kilometre away.

• We love animals and are happy to welcome your four-legged companions.
• However, the maintenance of our property and a pleasant experience for future guests are very important to us.
• Pets are allowed on the pool terrace, but not in the pool itself.
• They are perfectly fine in the outdoor area by the pool, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not want them to enter the water.
