• Upstairs bedroom with double bed, loft with two sleeping alcoves (no curtains) with two beds each and a toilet.
• Sauna area with dressing room/sauna room, toilet, bathroom, wood stove in the sauna, hot tub on the terrace.
• In the basement of the villa there is a 40 m² two-room apartment with its own entrance, which can be booked from the owner for an additional fee, starting at 200 e/weekend.
• This space has a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.
• There is a summer room in the yard with a gas grill.
• There is a kitchenette in the hut for cooking.
• A two-car carport, which also has an electric car charging facility, charging is included in the price.
• NOTE!
• Use of the hot tub is included in the price from May to October.
• At other times, the hot tub is only rented preheated, payment 100 euros in cash on site.
• The frost limit for using the hot tub is -15 degrees.
