The house is located on the northern shore at the end of the Ferchesaer See lake in the middle of the Westhavelland Nature Park on the outskirts of the village of Ferchesar.

• It faces south and has a great view of the lake.

• The garden, which cannot be seen from the street, is semi-shaded and has a large wooden terrace with deckchairs for relaxing.
• There is also a barbecue and a seating area with parasol.
• The property is not barrier-free!
• The small car park, covered with a kind of pergola, is located behind the holiday home on the enclosed property (not suitable for SUVs, which must be parked about 30 metres from the house).
