• The holiday home is located in the centre of the village of Borgonovo, in a quiet and sunny position and offers a unique view of the mountains and especially up the valley.
• The living areas are spacious and functionally furnished.
• The house has a small garden with a seating area.
• In addition to cycling/mountain biking, fishing, hiking and climbing, many cultural events are organised in the summer months.
• The proximity of the Engadine offers many possibilities in summer and winter.
• To the south, the cosy little town of Chiavenna is well worth a visit.
• In the neighbouring village of Vicosoprano, there is a small lake near the campsite where you can cool off.
• The house is ideal for family holidays, whether children or pets, all are welcome.
• A small selection of toys is available for children.
• Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible for structural reasons.
• So far the house has only been used privately, but is now gradually being cleared for this purpose.
• Every guest can already feel at home and we are happy to receive suggestions for further improvements!
