Our newly built chalet is situated in St.

• Martin by the Tennengebirge in the Salzburger LAND: St: Martin is a charming village offering a range of recreational possibilities both in summer and in winter.
• The “Piredt” is a unique quiet spot in front of the impressive backdrop of the Tennengebirge.
• The chalet stands absolutely alone – a perfect place to leave everyday life behind and treat yourself to time out.
• You can end the day in the adjacent in-house spa area, with a sauna with a large panoramic windows and a private outdoor jacuzzi.
• There is a garden with loungers, surrounded by lush meadows and forests, with a fabulous view of the surrounding mountain world of the Tennengebirge.
• There are free parking spaces and a heated ski cellar.
• The ground floor has an entrance area with space for coats and shoes, leading to a generous living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen: electric stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
• The open fireplace in the cosy living room, which also has additional beds, exudes well-being.
• The upper floor has two bedrooms with a balcony, a bathroom with a WC, all in a modern alpine style with attention to detail, old wood and warm wooden floors.
• A hairdryer and TV are available.
• You can treat yourselves at local restaurants in the centre about 1.5km away.
• On hot summer days you can cool off at the St.
• Martin swimming lake.
• There are golf courses in the area.
