• There is small new kitchen and dining place with table and 5 chairs.

• In living room there is amazing artistic sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and amazing piano on which you can play, if you have the will and knowledge :).
• From living room you can exit to big sunny terrace of some 80^m on which there are two seating sets and from booth of the you can observe sea, pool, pine tress and totally relax.
• There is free private parking for 2 cars in front of the villa and more free parking space on public free parking 10 meters from villa entrance.
