The house from 1970 was completely gutted in 2014 and remodelled to the latest standards.

• The approximately 35 m² living area offers an antique but newly restored linen cupboard, a large corner couch (with sleeping function), a wall-mounted satellite flat screen TV and a small fitted kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, small electric cooker, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
• There is also a small breakfast table with chairs.
• In addition, the double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with Vi-Spring mattress, Tempur topper and down duvets is located in the large, electrically heated living room.
