• The house combining the age-old airy, bright and perfectly adapted to nature- simple architecture of the islands - where the white of the light and the blue of the sea dominates- is 80% energy efficient, cool in summer and warm in winter.It has a modern kitchen, a mini living room with a sofa and working desk, wooden loft-bedroom reached by a wooden ladder, according to old-traditional ιnterior design .The exterior spaces are in perfect harmony with the green and energetic nature next to a garden with flowers, neighboring estates with trees and other traditional houses of the village with hospitable and kind people.
• The small village of Lagoudi lies around 14 km from Kos town and island's main port while "Ippokratis"- ( KGS) Kos international airport is 16 km away .
• It is situated quite high on the hills and overlooks the plain, the Tigkaki Salt Pan.
• Behind it, the mount Dikaios range of mountains is quite an overwhelming sight.
• The village is surrounded by enchanting landscape full of lush greenery and vast plantation while it retains much of its rural character.
• Ιt is worth seeing the beautiful church of Agios Ioannis Theologos which is stands on the massive rocks.
