This detached holiday home is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Les Teules urbanisation.

• Heating (only in winter) and free WiFi are available in all rooms of the house.
• New air conditioning units have been installed in the living room and the upper balcony bedroom. (2022).

• Outside you will find a total of three terraces facing south, west and east with garden furniture, sun loungers and a very private, secluded area by the swimming pool (9.5 x 3.2 metres).

• With the electric barbecue, nothing stands in the way of a cosy barbecue evening.
