• The holiday home is located in a complex guarded by security and can only be accessed with the appropriate resident's pass.
• Guests are met at a gatehouse, escorted to the holiday home and familiarised with its special features.
• The terraced house is just 100 metres from the nearest sandy beach, Beach Sud.
• Picturesque towns such as Saint-Tropez, Gassin, Ramatuelle and Sainte-Maxime are in the immediate vicinity.
