• The Steading is set within Hearthstanes Estate, a traditional Scottish hill farm with extensive woodland, its ideal for many outdoor activities.
• Within the Steading courtyard this self-catering cottage contains a living-room with dining area, modern country kitchen with stove, microwave (with oven function), and fridge/freezer.
• There is an additional bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
• On the open-plan first floor there is a double bed and a double sofa bed, in addition to the main bathroom, which has a bathtub with shower attachment, toilet and wash basin.
• In total about 80 square meters over the two floors.
• Electric heating and hot water is provided by our own hydro electric system.
• We are within easy reach of Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Scottish Borders.
• Local market towns include Peebles, Moffat and Biggar.
