Finca El Rafalet is a magnificent stone house situated in the idyllic setting of the valley of Colonya, on the outskirts of Pollensa.

• Its location among the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana makes it ideal for lovers of tranquillity and nature.
• The house has two floors and is built with typical island construction materials, such as exposed stone walls, ceramic tiles and wooden beams.
• On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, to the left of which is the living room, equipped with a flat screen and satellite TV as well as a dining room with enough space for eight people.
• Next to the dining room there is a large kitchen, fully equipped and with plenty of space for lovers of the culinary arts.
• A small pantry and direct access to the barbecue area are also located in this area.
• To the right of the entrance, a stone archway leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with views over the pool and garden, and a bathroom with shower in the adjoining room.
• From the same entrance a staircase leads to the upper floor where we find the rest of the bedrooms: a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and private terrace, and two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and access to another private terrace.
• These rooms also have air conditioning which, in accordance with local energy saving initiatives, are all programmed for use from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
• In the magnificent exterior there is firstly a large covered terrace, ideal for enjoying a good meal while taking in the beautiful views.
