We are located 800 metres from the town centre, convenient to essential services (supermarket, pharmacy, bus station, etc.).

• We rent the property overlooking the swimming pool (3.5 x 10 metres) which can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.

• The kitchen is brand new, equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer.
• The property is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, electric shutters, electric awnings on the terrace and barbecue.
• The upper floor of the property has a large corner terrace (approx.
• 45 sqm), while the ground floor has a veranda (covered terrace) (approx.
• 20 sqm).
• Finally, it has an outdoor space for 2 cars and a shared cellar with washing machine.
• The main feature of the property are the large windows (floor and ceiling) which make the rooms bright. and offer a splendid view of the lake, and at the same time the property enjoys privacy from the surrounding houses below.
