Welcome to our charming, listed farmhouse, located on the picturesque Jura heights, just 6 kilometres from the baroque episcopal town of Eichstätt.

• This idyllic property is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to escape from everyday life and immerse themselves in the tranquillity of nature without having to sacrifice modern comforts.
• Inside the house you will find a large, cosy living room with an old, but currently inoperable cast iron stove.
• A modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, freezer, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and kettle is at your disposal.
• Two bedrooms offer quiet retreats, and for the comfort of our guests there is a bathroom with WC on the first floor and a separate WC on the ground floor, which is located in the old smokehouse.
• Additional sleeping accommodation is provided by a sleeping loft, which can be separated by a curtain and has a double sofa bed.
• The outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature with a terrace, a small, furnished garden and a barbecue.
• Here you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or round off the day with a barbecue in the evening.
• It may be a non-smoking house, but the fresh air and peaceful surroundings provide the perfect setting to take a deep breath and relax.
• The area surrounding our farmhouse offers a variety of activities and sights.
• Just a stone's throw away you will find the episcopal town of Eichstätt with the Willibald Museum, which is housed in Willibaldsburg Castle, or Weißenburg with its Roman archaeological excavations.
