• It was completely newly renovated at the end of 2012, including new flooring (tiles, and laminate on the upper floor), as well as a new kitchen and a big new shower room.
• The furniture in the living room has been completely renewed to a high standard.
• The house stands on a site of over 380m² right by the lake and provides around 75m² of living space.

• From House A9 to the direct access to the lake is only about 250 metres.
• It is about 700 metres to the Eckwarderhörne beach facilities with a lighthouse, ferries and a starting point for guided walks across the tidal flats.
