Our holiday home is located in the picturesque village of Drebach, which is famous for its crocus meadows.

• Every year between the beginning of March and April, thousands of delicate lilac-coloured crocuses, known as "naked maidens", blossom on around 7 hectares of meadows.
• Drebach is the only village in Germany to have a public observatory with a planetarium.

• Thanks to its quiet location in the middle of the Ore Mountains, the well-developed cycling and hiking trails, the "Heidelbachtal" and "Oberes Zschopautal mit Preßnitztal" nature reserves, Drebach is ideal for active recreation on foot or by bike.
• The village itself, with its 5,700 inhabitants, has a bakery, butcher and a well-stocked supermarket.
• In the district of Scharfenstein, you can get to know Karl Stülpner, the Robin Hood of the Ore Mountains, by visiting the castle.
