Discover our spacious house built in 2003, situated on a 1000m² hillside plot with mature trees in the exclusive residential area of the "Els Grecs" urbanisation.

• The spacious first floor offers plenty of room with a living room equipped with a dining table, upholstered suite, satellite TV and a fireplace stove, as well as a fully equipped eat-in kitchen including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine and toaster.
• An additional shower/WC and an open terrace complete this floor.
• The outdoor area is characterised by a rectangular swimming pool, which was replaced in 2020 by a larger one (7.5m long and 4m wide) with water depths of 1.20m to 1.70m, making it particularly family-friendly.
• The generously extended sunbathing area, a garden seating area with wood/charcoal barbecue and garden furniture offer plenty of space for relaxation.
