- Four bedrooms each with 2 x 80 cm beds, and one bedroom with a 120 cm bed.
- The spaces are distributed over two floors.
- One of the upstairs bedrooms includes a small remote work area.
- At the lakeshore, there is a shallow sandy beach, dock, boat, and a spacious grill shelter for shared use.
- The glazed terrace offers a great view of the Ukkohalla slopes and Lake Syväjärvi.
