• In the back there is a separate toilet and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.From the living area you have direct access to the outside area.An internal staircase leads to the first floor.
• The first bedroom has separate beds that can be put together if required.
• This room has a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the medieval settlement of Kotor on a nearby hill.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed, views of the sea and city.
• The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom and also offers sea, city and forest views.The third bathroom of this house is also on the 1st floor.The outdoor area has a partially covered terrace (with a pleasantly air-permeable square terrace tarpaulin) which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for nice cozy hours together.
• The high-quality gas grill from Weber is only good for this.
• Next to the swimming pool there are 4 sun loungers available for sunbathing and lounging, as well as an outdoor shower.
• The entrance area and the 2 parking spaces are video-monitored.The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi.
