• On the first floor there is a living room with satellite TV, wood-burning stove and an adjoining toilet.

• The outside area impresses with its size and spaciousness.
• It offers plenty of space for barbecues, dining, lounging by the pool, but also for relaxing with a book or strolling through the fields.
• The salt-based pool measures 3.5 x 11 metres and has a Jacuzzi in the entry area.
• The house is heated in the colder months by water radiators, the water in the radiators is heated by a wood-burning stove.
• The owners provide firewood.
• Youth groups not permitted.
