- The old village of Splügen is car-free.
- It's possible to drive beside the apartment for unloading the baggage and then you have to park the car on the big parking space (beside the carpenter's workshop "Flütsch").
- Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
- The ski area is in 5-10 minutes accessible by foot.
