Villa Leopoldina, immersed in a wide Italian-style meadow with a breathtaking view on the countryside and the surrounding hills, is a splendid sample of Tuscan rural architecture, dating back to the reclamation of the Valdichiana, established in the 18th Century by Granduca Leopoldo di Lorena, after who the architectural style and the villa itself are named.The whole complex, which hosts a chapel still consacrated, has been recently restored according to the new "green" philosphy that provided it with a photovoltaic system designed to guarantee the independence from the energetic point of view.
