- Completely furnished kitchen integrated in living room, with glass ceramic stove, granite stone cover, oven, steam extractor, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso and Filter), raclette and fondue dishes, microwave etc.
- One shower/WC and one separate WC.
- One storage room for skis, suitcases, etc.
- Laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) for shared use.
- Parking available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The vacation home lies at the eastern end of Sent in a quiet, very sunny location at the end of the dream run Scuol - Sent.
- 5 minutes by foot to the village center (shopping, post office, bank)
