- The ‘Uf am Stutz’ house is situated in the hamlet of Misanenga in a sunny spot, close to the Misanenga–Untermatt 4-seater chairlift and Chummenbühl.
- There is a ski and drying room in the basement.
- A parking space is available right next to the house.
- Stunning views of the beautiful mountains, just a few minutes’ walk from the chairlift and the Rufalipark with its swimming lake (free of charge).
- The Chummenbühl ski lift is accessible on skis.
- It is a 5-minute walk to the ice rink, to Rufalipark – a leisure park with a swimming lake and a large playground – and to the new 4-seater chairlift from Misanenga to Untermatt.
- Shopping facilities are available in Obersaxen-Affeier (10 minutes’ walk) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2 minutes by car).
