• This four-family house is situated in the upper part of the village of Surcuolm and offers a magnificent, sweeping view across the Surselva and the mountains.
• For winter fun, there’s an ice rink just a five-minute walk away, whilst the ski lift is a few hundred metres below the house and can be reached directly on skis.
• This means you can leave your car in the garage – included in the price – during the day.
