• The 5½-room holiday flat (100 m²) is situated in a lovely semi-detached house (one half of the property).
• The house is located in Misanenga in a beautiful setting.
• It offers views of the stunning Obersaxen mountains and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Untermatt chairlift.
• There are two parking spaces available next to the house.
• In the basement, there is a storage room where skis, sledge, bicycles etc. can be stored.
• There is a lovely, sunny seating area.
• Rufalipark is just a short walk away.
• In winter it features an ice rink; in summer, a swimming lake, a tennis court, a playground, a fire pit and indoor games available all year round.
