- In winter, a chairlift brings you directly from Ftan to the large ski slopes Motta Naluns.
- The chairlift is easily accessible from the house (5 minutes on foot) and in good snow conditions you can ski all the way back to your holiday home!
- Parking for all the flats is available in front of the house.
- There is a ski room and a separate shoe room on the ground floor right by the entrance.
- A washing machine for all apartments in the house can also be found on the ground floor.
