The quietly situated large holiday flat is located at the entrance to the wildly romantic Wellertal in the beautiful Fichtelgebirge.

• There is also a garden seating area and on request we can also provide a fire bowl and/or barbecue (firewood can be purchased from us for a contribution towards expenses).
• A beautiful bathroom with rain shower, modern, high-quality kitchen and a living room with wood-burning stove for romantic evenings.
• As a special highlight, a hot tub (hot tub heated with wood, bubble system and underwater lighting) can be booked in addition (if desired, please enquire about availability before booking).
• The flat is located in the attic.
• The roof has been heavily insulated so that you don't have to worry about cooking up there in summer and freezing in winter :).
• Two horses and chickens live on the farm.
• There is a recreation room in the barn with darts, table football and table tennis.
• For children we also have a tree house and two mountain go-karts.
