• The famous Sellin pier and the Baltic Sea beach with its fine white sand are only a 10-minute walk away.
• On the way there, numerous restaurants, bars and cafés in Wilhelmstraße invite you to linger.
• The extensive renovation of this flat was completed in April 2018 and the carpet on the upper floor was replaced with vinyl flooring.
• Structural plaster was also applied and the wood panelling was renewed.
