• The kitchen is practically equipped with an integrated extractor fan in the cooker and a freezer compartment in the fridge.
• The bedroom presents itself with a beautiful, lovingly and carefully restored old ceiling and a "strap floor", which emphasises the historic charm of the flat.
• Outside, a large sun terrace with a direct view of the impressive foothills of the Alps, the "Hohgant", awaits you.
• The surrounding meadows and the area around the house invite you to linger and relax in the idyllic landscape.
