• In addition, downstairs there is one bedroom with 2 beds.

• Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with 2 beds.
• Other bedroom has two beds, one bed is 140 cm wide.
• WC and balcony.
• Spacious terrace on both sides of the apartment.
• The backyard terrace has a hydro massage bath and 4 sun loungers.
• The front terrace has a group of tables in the morning sun.
• The living room has a wonderful view of the golf green.
• In winter, the network of ski trails runs right near the semi-detached villa.
• The apartment also has a locked outdoor storage for e.g. skis or skiing equipment.
• Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed.
• 2 electric fat bikes available for rent.
• This is agreed directly with the owner.
• If customer leaves the pool so dirty that the water has to be changed an extra time after the customer, the customer will be billed 120 euros afterwards.
