• It is only 150 metres from the sea, which is easily accessed by very low cliffs.
• The enchanting beach, equipped and free, stretches for 5 kilometres from Riva Bella to Lido Conchiglie and is only 500 metres from the house.
• Nearby there is also a hill planted with pines and shrubs, with footpaths for long walks in the green.
• About 3 kilometres away are the Rio Bo Fashion Club and the Latin Quarter discos as well as the Splash water park.
