- The balcony faces South and thus invites you to enjoy the sun.

- Underneath the roof, a spacious open-plan room offers plenty of space for playing, as well as a TV and double bed.

- The apartment comes with two parking spaces, which you will find at the back of the house in western direction.
- During the winter, an additional parking space has been reserved on the street, in case the upper spaces behind the house cannot easily be accessed.
- Main entrances to the house are located in the back (parking area) and in the front (via Haus Tennhorn/ elevator).
- In the back part of the house, there's also a ski storage room.
