- It can be reached via the main entrance in the back of the house.

The house is situated in an area of the village called Goldern, in the quiet residential neighborhood of Mätteli.
- In the back of the housing complex, a nature path leads towards the main street and the closest bus stop, just above the Inn «Gasthof Post.» In winter and during good snow conditions, one can also ski to the bus stop.
- You can reach the gondola stations Twing and Reuti by bus within three minutes (15 minutes on foot).
- Shopping and gastronomy can be found in the village sections Reuti, Wasserwendi and Hohfluh.
- The restaurant at «Gasthof Post» serves good food within three minutes walking distance.
- Behind the restaurant, a small farm shop called «Budig» offers fresh produce from the farm, as well as a gift shop.
