• The elevated location not only offers a magnificent view of the mountains, but also direct access to the ski slope in winter - this runs not far from the house and takes you comfortably to the valley station of the Käserstatt gondola lift.
• You can easily get here by car.
• The settlement is located slightly above the village center, but is easily accessible.

• From there you can get outside via the staircase - the entrance to the Cosy house is just behind it.
