• The unobstructed location offers sweeping views across the upper Surselva with its striking mountains and the villages scattered along the right-hand side of the Vorderrhein valley.
• On the ground floor of the house is a ski storage room accessible from outside.
• A parking space is available on the property’s private grounds.
• The house, which is featured in the Swiss Cultural Guide, was built in 1916 by the architect Coray, renovated between 1975 and 1980 and fitted with soundproofed floors.
• Complete refurbishment in 2022.
• The post office, bus stop, restaurants, grocery shop, cash machine and the valley station of the Meierhof–Kartitscha chairlift are all within a few minutes’ walk.
