• 150 metres from the house is the beach.
• The beach right next to the house is relatively steep, so ladders are provided.
• On the other side of the bay (5 min walk) there is another beach (pebbles) that leads shallow into the water.
• The villa is the highest building in the surrounding neighbourhood and therefore offers an excellent view of the sea.
• It is completely surrounded by a well-kept garden plot.
• Here you will find citrus fruits, olives and fig trees, which you are welcome to help yourself to.
• The entire garden is made up of cascades of natural stone walls and the water quality is very high.
• In the morning you can still see through the crystal-clear water at a depth of 10-15 metres.
• The quality of the sea water in the region is among the best in the entire Adriatic.
• The bungalow is in a more secluded location and, with two terraces (in front of and behind the bungalow), offers the most space outside and always a bit of privacy.
• You can also use the barbecue area with charcoal grill.

• Razanj also has its own small harbour where you can go for a walk.
• The village of Razanj and especially our bay or Villa Luger is very quiet.
• If you want more activity, you can go to the village centre or drive to nearby Rogoznica - the nearest town Rogoznica is the nearest town.
• It can be reached by car in 10 minutes or by taxi boat (in summer, also 10 minutes).
• Rogoznica has a marina, i.e. a yacht harbour.
• Numerous motor and sailing yachts are moored here all year round at over 400 berths.
