• The 2.5-room flat (54 m²) is situated on the first floor of the building at Gadahüs 4, which comprises a total of six residential units.
• In winter, you can ski straight from the slopes right up to the front door; in summer, there is access to a wide range of hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
• In the basement of the building, there are the flat’s own ski lockers and lockable storage compartments for storing (winter) sports equipment, as well as a communal laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and washing lines.
• The flat comes with an underground parking space with direct access to the building (further parking is available outside the building).
• The five buildings that make up the Gadahüs complex are surrounded by extensive green spaces, which also feature a playground for young children and a barbecue area.
• Just 200 metres away is the Misanenga-Untermatt 4-seater chairlift, providing central and quick access to the ski area.
